Here's some useful information to help you and your crew plan the trip of a lifetime
You gather your friends, leave the planning to us.
No need to book dinners, find rental shops or the best après-ski.
Our team of hosts and TSW app is your guide to a fantastic week.
You can book either an apartment or private room. Remember the minimum age for our events is 20 (for Aspen it's 21).
Apartment 3-8 people
Our apartments have 1-4 bedrooms. The price per person is based on maximum capacity, this usually requires one person to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room.
Private room 2 people
Bring a friend and join an apartment shared with other room bookers. All our rooms accommodate 2 people, either in the form of a double or twin bed.
Traveling solo 1 person
We don’t offer single rooms, but you can always join existing crews to help the fill up their apartment
What is the ratio all about?
We aim for an overall equal gender balance on all weeks because The Ski Week was built on this principle and let’s face it, variety is the spice of life.
How does it affect my booking?
The ratio requirement is the percentage of girls you need to have in your crew. This is calculated taking into consideration the balance of girls and guys already booked that week.
Yes. You can guarantee the week of your life without splashing all the cash at once. You can pay for your apartment or room over 3 instalments.
The booking is made by one person online. If you're the booker you can invite friends and each person can pay their share of the total price. Please note that the booker is responsible for making sure payments are made on time.
Besides the incredible experiences, skiing, lifelong friendships, mind-blowing memories and other crazy stuff you’ll be getting yourself into there are a few bits and bobs that come with the deal and a handful that you might have to reach into the wallet for.
