FAQ

What if the event is cancelled?

We are confident we will be able to run an amazing programme in 2021.
However, if the global situation means we are unable to run the event we will offer all bookings the chance to rebook a future The Ski Week event with us. If you prefer not to take the opportunity to ski with us in future, then a full refund will be provided no later than 12 months from the original event dates.

What if there are restrictions imposed on the event?

Given the current situation, it is quite possible that there might be some changes to our program for the event you have booked.

  •  If these changes are significant and prevent us from running our program to our high expectations, we may be forced to cancel the event. If this happens, then guests will be offered options for new travel dates/destinations or a refund.
  • If there are minor changes (for example: social distancing, wearing of masks, outside venues or smaller group gatherings), we will communicate this and give as much notice and detail as possible. If The Ski Week can go ahead with these minor changes, then guests will not be offered alternative travel options or a refund.
What if I am unable to travel to the destination?

If you are unable to join our event (but our event is still going ahead with the rest of our guests) then unfortunately we wouldn't be able to offer a refund but we will do what we can to allow you to swap your trip to a new destination or dates!
We advise all guests to take out comprehensive travel insurance for cover in the event they are unable to travel.

What if I am no longer confident to travel and wish to cancel?

TSW will run the event as planned if the destination country and the resort are open & running a normal ski programme. We are unable to provide refunds or alternative travel options in the event guests choose not to travel for personal reasons.

Can somebody else take my spot if I am unable to attend?

Absolutely! You can resell your spot and request a name change on the booking at any time without any fees. Our Crew Finder page is a great option for this.
