Getting There and Checking In

The Ski Week Chamonix officially begins at 4pm on Sunday 20th March for those attending the week-long event. The weekend arrival is from 4pm on Wednesday 23rd March. Geneva airport (GVA) is the closest to Chamonix, just over the border into Switzerland an approximate 1 hour 10 minute drive away. The Ski Week has organized transfers GVA which will take you right to our hotel. You will be able to book these on your TSW Booking Profile up until a month before the event.
Another option from Geneva is to rent a car, which can often work out more economical (depending on your group size). Parking is available at the hotel, you can book a parking spot from your TSW Booking Profile *until spots sell out*.

To Do Before You Arrive
- Fill out your crew list
We want your holiday to get off to the perfect start, so please ensure your crew list is completed 4 weeks prior to arrival. Simply log-in to your booking and add your crew following the steps given. This is also the perfect place to provide us with your approx arrival time and any dietary restrictions.
It'll only take a minute or two and this is what you need to do if you want to get your wristband on arrival.
- Check-in online
Once you have completed your crew list, you can save a lot of time on site if you all check-in online. Each member of the crew must do this before arrival so we know to staff up for peak times!
When you arrive
You will have access to your room from 4pm. If you arrive later than 10pm or are delayed for any reason, please send us an email or give us a call so we can plan accordingly.
Once you arrive, head to The Ski Week reception to collect your TSW wristband. This will be located at the terrace entrance to La Folie Douce hotel.
You will then be able to check into your hotel room and get ready for the amazing week ahead. Remember to bring a credit card to put on file for the room damage deposit.
