Rule 1 of planning destination experiences - know the area inside out. That means it's imperative to know where to find the best ramen in the village, purest onsen water, dopest gear shop and deepest pow stash. It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it.
We'll hold the powder pics until Japanuary, but with all said and done it's fair to say that team Niseko are in for whole new kind of adventure. To all those waiting in the wings, harness the cool breeze and practice your Japanese squeeze, we'll see you soon in the land of the rising sun...
